Description

Deakin University, Australia, offers the STEM Scholarship to support future innovators in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and the built environment. This scholarship provides a 20% tuition fee reduction for international students applying to eligible undergraduate or postgraduate coursework programs within the Faculty of Science, Engineering and Built Environment (SEBE).

Eligibility

To be eligible, you must:

  • Be a citizen of one of the following countries: Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Kenya, Malaysia, Nigeria, Pakistan, Philippines, Sri Lanka, or Vietnam.

  • Be a new international student commencing your course at Deakin by Trimester 3, 2026.

  • Apply for an undergraduate or postgraduate coursework degree (including Honours) within SEBE.

  • Meet all entry requirements, including English language requirements.

  • (For readmitting students) Maintain a WAM of at least 65% each year at Deakin and have at least 8 credit points remaining in your course.

  • Be enrolled in an eligible SEBE undergraduate or postgraduate coursework program.

  • Not be commencing a course delivered on the FutureLearn platform.

  • Meet the academic score requirement for your country (e.g., Cambodia: equivalent to 65% WAM).
